well. that was my scare for the week . i accidently forgot to refill my prescrition and was getting some unusual heart rate readings . for the cardio portion of my workout, i had an unusually low heart rate. 10-20 betas lower per minute and i was thinking that i was finally getting into better shape . then i started the weight portion of the workout which i do quite quickly without stopping and thats when things started to feel funny . i made it all the way trhough the workout, when all of a sudden my chest began to pound like mad . i found a clock with a second hand and checked my pulse and it was beating at 216 beats a minute . yikes. I rested for a bit and my heart rate started to come down and a subsequent blood pressure check at the Safeway let me know that i was going to be ok . it wasn't until I got home that i realised that i had forgtten to refill my meds . I won't be doing that again hopefully.................................
