i've been hitting the exercising pretty hard lately, to the point where my body is starting to fight back . this morning i woke up with every joint in my body creaking and achy. Everytime i move , my muscles are telling me not to be even thinking about getting any kind of exercise today . it might just be a good day to vegetate in front of the tv and let my body heal up a bit . even my fingers are stiff, but i still think i can finish a sausage post...............

I dunno what it is lately, but i havent been sleeping well at all . whether its the heat, my stomach or just overtraining, i'm tired as hell and would kill for a good night's sleep . so pardon me if i make more typos than i usually do :p
i have been getting out at night and checking out the free concerts at the Harmony Arts Festival . i saw Jim Byrnes & The Sojourners the other night and an Indian/Celtic Fusion band, Delhi 2 Dublin, last night . both were cool shows . its nice to take your supper down to the park which is only 5 minutes away and groove to some cool tunes . it looks like theres a couple more shows that i will be going to check out in the remaining five days . maybe i'll see you there . say hi if you see me !
