mannnnnnn its been a great month here . this is the first good May we've had in a few years . its been just like they used to be, lots of sun and good temps . i'm just hoping that it continues through the summer so i can get a lot more walking in and get back to good health . whats also really helping are some sausages..............

The Canucks lost . The person who i voted for in our provincial election lost . the referendum to change our system of elections lost . that's my week in a nutshell . the Canucks lost to the better team, the godless Chicago Blackhawks who are pretty good and just might make it to the cup final . as for my candidate in the election, i knew he didnt stand a chance in this very conservative riding, so no biggie . it is a shame we didnt vote to change our systems of elections though , people were scared off by fuzzy math and mistruths and thats just a shame. elections should be fairer, but what can you do ?

i've been hitting the exercise pretty hard lately and i am beginning to get back into shape . my prob though is that i'm pushing myself too hard too fast , basically because i am impatient to be back amongst the living . i can feel the musculature of my body getting back to normal and that just makes me want to work harder so it will come faster . i am just not giving myself enough resting time for my body to catch up to the changes . so today i am just going to stay in and be a bum and let myself heal . then i can start going hard again tomorrow :p
