Dang Statins

what a relief . for the last couple of weeks i was having a bit of a problem . after a few weeks of getting stronger again, all of a sudden things changed and i started to become weaker and weaker . where i could easily walk a few miles, i suddenly could barely make it to the grocery store and back which is only a couple of blocks away . i began to wonder what was going on . the doc suggested i stop one of the many drugs that they put me on and since then a little bit of my strength has returned everyday . that was scary . just to test things out, i went for a major power walk yesterday . lots of distance, lots of steep hills, a fast pace and i did it with no problems . phewwwwwwww ! i'm a little tired today, but thats okay . its cloudy out and i have a bunch of sausaging to catch up on..........
