the good news is that my recent stomach problems are not serious . the bad news is that its going to take me 6 weeks or more to get better . it seems my toxic iron levels have played havoc with my innards and that now i must take it easy and let my body heal itself . seeing as how its almost summer hibernation time , this may be my last post for a little while . due to doc appointments and other obligations , i will be back and forth from the island , so i may be able to do a post here and there . i do want to thank all of you who had a peek into my site and hope that you will stick around and check the site again once i start regular posts again in the fall . most likely in october .
